    Wash Your Hands Frequently

Whenever and wherever you see a sink and soap, wash your hands. I don't care if you washed your hands 5 minutes ago, wash 'em again. People are everywhere and they touch everything, then you touch what they touched, then you wipe your eye, and now you have their nasty germs all over you and you're sick. So, wash your hands frequently. Maybe buy some hand sanitizer too.

Water, drink lots of water. Drinking a sixer of Bud is drinking fluids, but not the right fluids. Stay hydrated, drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
