Please tell me who to write. I suppose if the owner wants to sell and property not deemed historic maybe more difficult. I love the Star, and Erika, have followed your posts for years and appreciate all you do for community.

Massachusetts Restaurant Announces Closure
Around the same time that the owner of the Star, Erika Madden, signed a lease for 5 years, the property was purchased by a company that had put up a storage unit across the street from the restaurant, according to boston.com.
There are circumstances surrounding the closure announcement that were not shared in the owner's Facebook post, but she said that she has tried to keep the historic business open beyond March of 2026. She said in reply to many loyal customers that she is not getting any help from City Government.
