Another dead whale washed ashore this morning. This time on Revere Beach in Massachusetts. This is the second dead whale washed up on the beach in the last four days. The first, a juvenile menke whale, was discovered on Jenness Beach in Rye, NH.

According to WMUR-TV, officials from the New England Aquarium are on their way to examine the whale. WCVB Channel 5 in Boston, says the 35 foot humpback whale was actually spotted dead two weeks ago about two miles east of Gloucester.

The report says heavy winds shoved the juvenile whale about 25 miles south where it washed up on the beach a week ago. It was then towed back out to sea, but then washed up on the shore in Revere this morning.
