Brady Has NOT Filed Appeal Of Ruling That Upheld His Suspension

Tom Brady has NOT filed a petition seeking a reversal of the decision to uphold his 4 game suspension for 2015's 'Deflategate' scandal. Earlier today it was reported that Tom Brady and his legal team filed an appeal, but that is not the case.

Apparently a woman, not connected to Brady, tried to intervene in the 'Deflategate' case. I don't know what she did, but news outlets were reporting that the appeal had been filed, but that is untrue, Brady and his legal team are still deciding whether or not they will appeal.

On April 25th the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court Of Appeals ruled 2-1 that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was within his rights to hand out a 4 game suspension to Brady for his 'involvement' in the under inflated footballs used in the AFC Championship Game.

Lawyer Ted Olson has been added to Brady's legal team.
