F-16 Fighter Jets Scheduled to Fly Into Portsmouth, NH

Aviation fans are going to want to read all about the fighter jets coming to Pease! Some fighter jets based out of Texas will be making a weekend stop here in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and it's always an exciting time for aviation lovers around the seacoast area.

Seacoast Online reports the 157th Air Refueling Wing of the Pease Air National Guard Base will be expecting a number of F-16's from the 457th Fighter Squadron based out of Fort Worth, Texas. The jets are expected in Portsmouth this weekend for a layover and officials say residents of the area may hear more noise than a typical wekeend.

Noise is expected to be louder than usual in the early morning with the increased aircraft activity.
