Grab a tissue...

According to a report from WCVB, a Massachusetts man who was originally told that he could not sing to the love of his life through her window at the assisted living home she was living in, was finally allowed to do so yesterday.

Ed Oliver Bohld's girlfriend, Mary Lou, has lived at a South Shore facility, Compass on the Bay for about five years and yesterday, Ed rode his bike with his guitar on his back to her home to sing for her.

We aired the audio from the WCVB report this morning.  You can hear it here:

His voice is just the sweetest and to hear the emotion in it is just heart warming.  I am hopeful that Ed will be able to see his beloved Mary Lou before too long!  This seems like a love story for the ages!

At least we have stories like this to pull us through.
