I Bet You Have Never Eaten A Pan-Bis-Cake [PHOTOS]

A Pan-Bis-Cake!  What the heck is a Pan-Bis-Cake?!  I'm glad you asked.

A Pan-Bis-Cake is what you get when you cross a biscuit with a pancake.  Actually, it's what I get for breakfast a couple of times a week when my wife decides to make pancakes from scratch.

They taste like pancakes, but they are thick like biscuits and have a toasted outside, and soft fluffy inside.  Pan-Bis-Cakes also have a light vanilla flavor to them that blends extremely well with maple syrup.  Discovered by accident, these little cakes have become my favorite morning treat!
