When I was a little girl and the ice cream truck rolled into the neighborhood, my order never changed. It was always either a Screwball or a Choco Taco. There was just something about that crispy shell, chocolate coating, and ice cream combo that made it the ultimate summer treat.

So you can imagine my excitement when I heard that Choco Tacos are making a comeback... but in a homemade way!

It first started at Cold Stone! Just in time for National Ice Cream Month, Cold Stone Creamery introduced its own take on the nostalgic favorite with their new Cookies 'n' Peanut Butter Ice Cream Taco!

The foodie in me got me thinking... where else can I find a choco taco!?
