Meet Jack, the adorable Labrador Retriever mix available for adoption from the Cocheco Valley Humane Society.

Jack is a 3 year old male, neutered, jet black color and weighs in at 81 lbs. He is a big handsome boy who is very friendly.

He came to the shelter as a stray and still acts like a puppy, even at 3! He would likely be too overwhelming for young children because he can be jumpy. He has not done well with cats he has met thus far, but would be okay with a dog friend as long as he's introduced before going home.

Jack loves attention and belly rubs and he already knows basic commands! He would be perfect for an active family willing to continue working with him on basic manners.
