The unknown factors of opening up a business can be un-nerving.  New business can do their best to try to know what the demand will be, but when it comes to this new pizza place in Lebanon, Maine, the owners were pleasantly surprised.

The Lebanon House of Pizza in Lebanon, Maine only opened their doors recently, but they had such a huge response that they ran out of their supplies Their customers have been understanding and supportive.

From their Facebook page they sold out of everything they had on the menu for the first couple days.  Over 100 pizzas, 80 steak and cheese subs and 60 pounds of french fries were sold.

The phones were ringing off the hook and some people couldn't get through.

This Maine Pizza Place Had To Close Due to High Demand

Their latest Facebook page said that they are at the mercy of their vendors, so until they get what they need to make their food, they remain closed.

The community has been very supportive.

This is normal when opening a restaurant. Business is unpredictable.
