According to a story from Seacoast Online, Little Jack's Seafood in Hampton is set to be demolished for condos.  This is sad news for people that have been going to Little Jacks for their entire lives, but it might be really good news for people who are looking for a condo by the water.

I spoke with the Realtor, Tom McGuirk of McGuirk properties and he explained the timeline for the project, although there are no hard dates as things can get held up along the way.   They first have to go to the Planning Board in Hampton.  It could be May until they get final approvals, then maybe tear down Little Jack's in July-ish of this year.  It will then take the Donik Corp about a year or so to build the condos, which from the report in Seacoast Online, will be between 1,200 and 1,600 square feet.

I would imagine that the sunsets from the property over the Hampton marsh area will be amazing!  Tom said that he would be in touch with me for any updates with the project.
