You hate to see this, but there have been new restrictions put on the State of Massachusetts due to a spike in COVID-19 cases, according to a report from WCVB.

  • If you were planning on having that wedding with more than 100 people all wearing their wedding best outfits, not gonna happen right now.  "But it's outside!" you say?  Nope.  Governor Charlie Baker says outdoor gatherings will be reduced to no more than 50 people, including both public and private property.  Honestly, I don't think that's a bad thing... I mean, do you really want to feed more than 50 people?  I'm not sure I could even think of 50 people to invite to a wedding!
  • The other restriction, face coverings are required for gatherings of more than 10 people from different households.

Massachusetts is taking this seriously too.  In Gardner, they recently fined a hotel for having over 100 people.

As I asked the Train this morning, I wonder if wearing a mask will be continued for the foreseeable future?  I know that I am going to wear one until long after there is a vaccine in place.  I would just be absolutely heartbroken if I was found to be the cause of getting my loved ones sick!  Even if they are a complete stranger, I would assume that someone loves them, so I couldn't want to chance it.  Besides, going out in public with a mask on really makes getting ready to go out much easier.  I don't have to worry about what lipstick I'm going to wear cuz, I'm only going to cover it up!
