Mazzaglia Murder trial Resumes [NEWS]

(Dover, N.H.) - The murder trial of Seth Mazzaglia resumed today with the defense team challenging the credibility of a witness.

Last week Rebecca Gerkin testified that she saw the lifeless body of  the victim,Elizabeth Marriott, on the floor of Mazzaglia's Dover apartment on the night of the murder. Today in court defense lawyers questioned Gerkin's mental state and her capacity to make detailed observations.
