Nashua, New Hampshire Ranked One of the Top Places to Rent in the U.S.
I grew up in Nashua and I never thought it would be named one of the top places to rent a home in the entire country.
According to wallethub.com, the 2nd largest city in New Hampshire, Nashua, is the 10th best city to rent in the U.S.
The city has huge mansions in the North end and the "tree streets," like Pine, Palm, Chestnut, etc. in the heart of the Gate City. The tree street residences are made up of many multi-family houses that many Granite Staters call home.
My Mother lived on Vine Street (another Tree Street) for many years and was very happy there. I think she lived there for over 20 years, so that's a pretty good testimony for living in the heart of Nashua.
The Mill Apartments in Nashua are Beautiful
Nashua is part of the country's history with mill manufacturing. At some point, maybe in the '80's, the mills in Nashua were converted to beautiful luxury apartments.
How Each City Was Evaluated in the U.S. for Renters

Rental vacancy rate was a factor, average home square footage, newer homes and affordability were also taken into account.
Quality of Life for Nashua has also ranked high in previous surveys. I remember when I lived there one of these rankers put Nashua, New Hampshire as the best place to live in the U.S., not once, but TWICE!
Safety of schools and the job market were other factors in the determination.
