New Englanders Love Mac & Cheese

The favorite shape of pasta has to do with macaroni and cheese, I'm guessing.  It is one of our favorite dishes and it's important that you have the right blend of pasta and cheese.

If that theory is correct, that leaves out spaghetti right from the jump.  I've never known anyone who has made Mac&Cheese with spaghetti.  Except that old fashioned canned stuff, which is also delicious, don't fight me on that one.

The choices cited by foxnews.com gives these choices of pasta:

  • Penne
  • Fettuccine
  • Spaghetti
  • Capellini
  • Rotini
  • Linguine
  • Rigatoni
