New Hampshire Chef Cooks for Wynonna Judd
She was so surprised!
It was a big birthday number for Wynonna Judd, and when New Hapshire's Chef Bobby Marcotte got the call to cater her birthday party, he brought out the big guns to feed her and her guests a delicious meal.
Bobby Marcotte, a well-known New Hampshire Chef, got a call from Wynonna's manager, who wanted him to cook for her surprise 60th birthday, according to his Instagram post. Of course, he said yes, and jumped into action!
Bobby and his wife, Stacey, flew down to Nashville, Tennessee, and had the meat shipped. He was very happy when it arrived at the Tennessee destination, and he got to work.
If you've ever eaten at Bobby's restaurants, you know the menu going to be slammin' delicious!
Here's what was on the menu at Wynonna Judd's birthday party:
- New England lobster rolls
- Of course, Bobby brought the New England lobster rolls (which you can get two for one on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Tuckaway Tavern in Raymond, New Hampshire).
- Grill and chill shrimp
- Sausages – These aren't your average sausages. They are huge and hand-made.
- Potato salad – Bobby's potato salad isn't like the kind you get anywhere else. He doesn't mash up the potatoes, and uses a mustard sauce that pairs beautifully with the other ingredients.
- Fruits and vegetables
- Steak tips – His signature. I get the house-marinated tips every time I go to the market in Raymond. They are just my favorite.
- Wagyu Ribeye – Whoa! That's the big guns right there. Bobby basted them with fresh herbs and butter.
It's been so great to see Bobby's career grow. He deserves all the success that comes his way.
