NH's Shark in the Park 2025 Features: The Foo Family Band

Our Summer Concert Series this week begins!

Playing Shark in the Park 2025: Massachusetts "Foo Family Band."

Shark in the Park 2025 is a free community concert series on Wednesday nights throughout the months of July and beginning of August at Henry Law Park in Dover, New Hampshire, from 6-8pm.

Our First band up for the series is the Foo Family Band.

The members of the Foo Family Band are:

Eric Clemenzi: Lead Guitar

Amanda Clemenzi: Bass Guitar

Xavier Clemenzi: Drums/Vocals

Olivia Clemenzi: Guitars/Vocals

How the Foo Family Band Began

In October of 2021, Amanda Clemenzi, the Mom of the family, found out she had cancer. Eric Clemenzi, the Dad of the family, has a music school out of Georgetown, Massachusetts and at that time, his son Xavier had been playing drums for many of the rock bands that Eric put together for his students. Olivia, his daughter, also wanted to play in the band.

After Amanda was diagnosed, she wanted to join the band. Eric taught her how to play the bass and the band was complete.

The Foo Fighters was a band that everyone in the family could agree upon. There wasn't an album by Dave Grohl and his band of musicians that they didn't like, so, the Foo Family Band was born.

The family really needed something to keep their mind off of what we going on with Amanda and the Foo Family band was born.

Xavier and Eric Clemenzi also have a duo to honor their love of everything Star Wars and Marvel Comics, the "Clemenzi Crusauders." They play the Comic Cons around New England.
