New Hampshire’s Shark in the Park Features MA Band, The WhatNots
The Shark's Summer Concert Series is on!
Shark in the Park 2025 is a free community concert series featuring local bands of Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts on Wednesday nights throughout the months of July and beginning of August at Henry Law Park in Dover, New Hampshire, from 6-8pm.
Our second band of the series, from Massachusetts, the WhatNots.
Get ready to dance!
The members of WhatNots were started by Frank and Caren Gullotti, and from what I know of them, they are not only really talented musicians, but really great people as well.
Frank and Caren, joined by their bandmates, Pete, Mark and Dave, came into the Shark Tank to talk about how the band started.
Just before COVID, Frank and Caren wanted to start a band, so they found Pete, then Mark. Pete almost cut off his finger, a problem for a musician, however, the band members decided to keep him as part of the band.

All the band members have day jobs, so the band plays out every few weeks. In the Summer, it is busier because they play many outside events.
When the band came into the studio, I felt like they were really great people and I was right. I found that, in their spare time, Frank and Caren raise money for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where "100% of every rider-raised dollar goes directly to Dana-Farber."
Thank you to the WhatNots for joining us for Shark in the Park!
Grab a blanket and grab a hot dog from Dover Dogs and join us on Wednesday, July 16 from 6-8pm at Henry Law Park in Dover.
