NH is FINALLY Drought Free! (Almost)

Finally! The NH Drought Map is starting show some real evidence that it has been raining non-stop for weeks. We are (almost) DROUGHT FREE!

The central and western most region of Sullivan County is now the only area in New Hampshire that is categorized as being in a 'Moderate Drought'.

The rest of us are now living in the portion of The Granite State that is 96.5% Drought Free!

Another positive aspect of this most recent update is that it hasn't accounted for the heavy rains that have fallen in the last 48 hours. There's a good chance next week that we'll all be saying BYE BYE to Abnormally Dry!
