It was a beautiful weekend, but as they say, if you don't like the weather in New England, just wait a minute, it'll change.

A potentially impactful storm system will cross New England Wednesday night into early Thursday.  The potential exists for moderate to heavy snow accumulations in the foothills, a mix of precipitation over the interior, and mainly rain on the coast. The snow could be heavy and wet with impacts expected during the Thursday morning commute.

The story also reports that a snow and ice storm could bring up to 8 inches of snow to the North Country, but no where near that amount for the Seacoast area.  It could, however, make for a scary commute Thursday in Merrimack, Hillsborough, and Rockingham counties.

This storm could also bring wind guests of 35-45 mph, says the report.  We may experience power outages and potential tree damage.
