Early Saturday morning, New Hampshire State Police pursued an SUV that was swerving all over the road on Route 93. Its passengers included an 8-month-old baby.

The pursuit began around 2:35 a.m. when a trooper saw the white SUV driving erratically near Exit 5 for Route 28 in Londonderry, according to police.  When the trooper tried to pull the SUV over, the driver crossed the center median and headed southbound.

Following a pursuit of over 10 miles, officers blew out three of the SUV's tires using a spike stick before it left the highway at Exit 2 for Route 38 in Salem. The vehicle then traveled onto Pelham Road, police said.

The SUV turned onto a dead end where driver Travis Tillman, 20, of Lowell and Hailey Dorr, 21, of Manchester were arrested. Police did not disclose the relationship between Tillman, Dorr, and the child.

No one was injured in the pursuit, but the baby was taken via an ambulance to be checked at a hospital because of the erratic driving.

Tillman was arrested and charged with disobeying an officer, felony reckless conduct, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless operation, 2 counts of felony criminal restraint, and operating with a suspended license. He was later released on cash bail with a court appearance scheduled for Rockingham Superior Court

Dorr was arrested on an unrelated warrant and also released a short time later.
