When it comes to vicious stinging insects, the gigantic fanged 'Murder Hornet' is terrifying everyone across multiple social media platforms. However, I think if it gets into a turf war with NH's 'Bald Faced Hornet', everything could turn out alright.

For those of you unfortunate enough to get within a few yards of a Bald Faced Hornet's nest, you know all too well the intense pain they can inflict.

Not only do they sting. They sting AND sting AND sting, usually until you either bat them away or crush them against your agonized flesh. WHILE you're sprinting as fast as you can away from their nest.

I've only had one run in with this hideous hornet, one time when I got a little too close to a hemlock tree that had a small nest. Easily THE WORST bee related incident in my 46 years.

The 'Murder Hornet', while proven lethal to humans, has earned that name, more because it kills other bees.

I'm telling you right now, if it faces off against a Bald Face? That will be a battle that you'd only expect to see on Creature Double Feature. And I'll put my money on the native Granite Stater.
