Rochester Man Arrested For Dover Sexual Assault

(Dover, NH) - 43 year old Andy Williams was arrested by Dover Police on Friday after a month-long investigation.

Dover Police say that Williams was charged with Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and was held over the weekend. He is scheduled to be arraigned on the felony charge today in Strafford County Superior Court.

Police began their investigation after a 19 year old female acquaintance of Williams reported that she was sexually assaulted by Williams while he was visiting her at her Dover residence on May 17th.
