Route 1 Bypass Closed Tomorrow Night For Bridge Work

Traffic heads up! Tomorrow night the New Hampshire Department of Transportation will be working on the Route 1 Bypass in Portsmouth for bridge steel setting.

Work will start at 5PM on the Maplewood Avenue bridge and you can expect northbound and southbound roadway closures. These closures will be short-term.

The project should be completed that night and a rain date is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5th.
