Six Names Leaked for DWTS Season 22 and My Controversial Theory Why

Usually ABC is pretty good at keeping a lid on the upcoming participants of 'Dancing With The Stars'. This is not the case for Season 22 as SIX names were leaked to the press.

The stars are (in no particular order) Kim Fields who played Tootie on 'The Facts of Life', Fox News Correspondent Geraldo Rivera, Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller, actress Mischa Barton from The O.C., America's Next Top Model Champ Nyle DiMarco and actress Marla Maples seen interviewed above.

My theory for this leak is that ABC can spend a disproportionate amount of time talking about how disappointed they are that this information 'got out'. And it hides the fact that the grouping of stars for Season 22 are rather lackluster to say the least.

Seriously, what fun would a season of DWTS be without bashing on the star quality of the cast? I for one am greatly disappointed and thrilled all at the same time.
