Police are calling the behavior malicious, and are seeking the public's help with finding whoever's terrorizing a road in Pelham, NH.

According to WMUR News 9,  Police said at least two drivers reported flat tires after hitting the nails on Nashua Road earlier this week. A News 9 crew found more nail-filled oranges littering the sides of the road.

Police are far from amused, and Lt. Anne Perriello put the situation into perspective. She told WMUR News 9 “Use your head. This is not a prank. It's malicious. You're going to hurt someone. You're going to cause damage to people's vehicles.”

With a few warm days under our belts, and more in the near future, New Hampshire residents are firing up their motorcycles for the first time, and many are on highways like Nashua Road. Perriello told WMUR News 9 "What if they are driving down the road and they end up driving over that and you end up getting a flat tire on a motorcycle? They're going to crash immediately.”

Anyone who may have seen something suspicious or has information is asked to  should contact Pelham police at 603-635-2411.
