This Massachusetts Town May Have the Best Lobster Rolls in New England

And it's stunning.

Here in New England, we know seafood; particularly lobster rolls.  If a local resident of one of the amazing seafood towns in the entire U.S. says this town has the best, you can take that bet all the way to the melted butter pot.

Rockport, Massachusetts

When people think of the best seafood in Massachusetts, they might think of the Ipswich or Essex, Massachusetts.  There are famous places in those towns for fried clams like;

• The Clam Box
• Farnham's 
• Woodman's

But, we're talking lobster rolls here, so, according to Ginny Rogers, our resident Country Radio Hall of Famer who lives in the area, Rockport, Massachusetts is the place to get the best Lobster Rolls in all of New England.

The Lobster Pool in Rockport

If you go to Rockport, you must go to the Lobster Pool.  The Lobster rolls are out of this world.  You might even want to stay for the scenery and light of that beautiful coastal town.

According to Ginny, you have to get there early because everyone goes to the Lobster Pool just before sunset.  You can see why from the pictures here.
