Portsmouth's oldest rebel-rouser is at it again rejecting a plea deal in favor of a trial.

According to SeacoastOnline, the 'Uber Grandma', Stephanie Franz, was offered a plea deal that would significantly lower her fines but instead plead not guilty and will go to trial in 2016.

Franz has been in trouble with the City of Portsmouth more than once for driving Uber illegally. The legal issues don't seem to phase the 62-year-old as she continues to fight each charge while becoming a local hero for the #FreeUber movement in the process.

The next rally for the Uber Grandma is schedule for December 7th at 7:00 p.m.
