UPDATE: Exeter NH 8th Grader Sean Cheng in Nat Geo Bee Finals

Just minutes ago The Top 3 finalists of The 2018 National Geographic Bee were announced by Nat Geo . Was Exeter NH phenom Sean Cheng on the list?

2018 Champion: Venkat Ranjan of Windemere Ranch Middle School in San Ramon California

In 2nd place was Anoushka Buddhikot of Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School in Edison, New Jersey. The 3rd place trophy was awarded to Vishal Sareddy of Georgia.

I couldn't find scores outside of the Top 3 Finalists HOWEVER, I just realized that Sean scored THE HIGHEST of any competitor before the Finals!

These questions are BRUTAL.

I'm so proud of this Granite Stater and would like to announce that he is formally invited to The Shark Tank ANYTIME to compete against BOTH Sarah and I. (I'm sure we would get crushed even if we teamed up AND used the internet.)
