It was October 13th, 2008 that Ringo sent this video out to his legion of fans.

Apparently touring every three years or so with his 'All-Star Band', and shuffling back and forth between his homes in Los Angeles, the South of France, and in England, left precious little time for Ringo to write his name.

I don't feel any celebrity has an obligation to sign anything, one of the reasons I love this video.
