Working in healthcare is demanding and tiresome, but must be so rewarding! I'll never forget the team that took care of my husband after he was hit by a car in 2019. His surgeons, doctors, nurses, etc. were some of the best, and we will never forget how supported we felt during one of the most traumatic times in our lives.

The road to working in the medical field is a long one. For many positions, one must earn an undergraduate degree, then go to med school, then complete a residency and pass countless tests before getting to put that "Dr" before your name or that "RN", "NP" or "LNA" after it.

After all the schooling is said and done, there is the task of finding a job. The perfect job in the medical field is:

  • In a location where you actually want to live
  • At a reputable hospital or office that people trust
  • Has reasonable expectations around the amount of patients you see daily (so you feel fulfilled but not burnt out)
  • Competitive salary
  • Has great benefits
  • Has a reliable and profession team with not a lot of turnover

If you are someone who seeking employment in the medical field and live/would like to move to the beautiful Seacoast of New Hampshire, look no further!
