This is such a great feel good story coming out of East Kingston.

A while back, the East Kingston Fire Department had to come back to the department after a call and decontaminate themselves to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in a kiddie pool, according to a report from WMUR and a couple of businesses stepped in to help.

According to the EKFD website, Lowe's provided the materials and CSNH provided the labor to give the East Kingston Fire Department a beautiful bathroom to take a real shower in and to keep their first responders safe, clean and read to take on the next call.

WMUR has quoted Chief Ed Warren as saying,

To most people, it’s a bathroom. It’s not. It’s more than a bathroom. It’s a decontamination center for us to keep our people clean before they go home.....We have gear extractors, we have ways to decontaminate equipment and trucks and stuff that we use but we didn’t have a way to take a shower.

Now they do have a beautiful new bathroom and shower thanks to Lowe's in Seabrook and CSNH.

I had heard of CSNH, based in Epping, before this story, but I didn't know all the good things that they do.  This mission statement is taken from their website:

At Construction Services of New Hampshire (CSNH), we rebuild homes, commercial and municipal buildings,
and healthcare facilities devasted by tragic events such as water, fire, storm, mold or other complex disasters -
Or simply need to adhere to special compliance regulations when it comes to their construction project.
Equally important is our mission to rebuild lives and livelihoods.

Here are some tips for self-care during the pandemic:
