Again? Another WMUR Meteorologist is Pregnant With Her First Child
What's in the water at WMUR?
At this point, if you are female and you join the weather staff at Hearst Media's WMUR, Channel 9 here in New Hampshire, chances are, you'll get pregnant.
Meteorologist Jacqueline Thomas and her husband are expecting their first child, due in November.
There have been all kinds of staff additions and new faces that we've seen at WMUR over the past few years and Jackie is one of those "fairly" new additions. She hit the air in October of 2021.
Here is Jackie Thomas' Debut on WMUR
They made the announcement on the air. Jackie said that some people have already begun to notice. I want to know more about that. How do you ask a woman if she is pregnant? She doesn't look like it to me.
Sometimes, we here in the Granite State have to warm up to new faces, but I really like Jackie. I think it was when she put her dog, Sammy, on camera once when she was reporting on a snow storm that I knew she was alright. I love that she used her "doggy voice" on camera.
If you recall, we watched Hayley Lapoint's four pregnancies grow over the years into a healthy, happy family and I have no doubt that Jackie will be the same. I'm not saying that she'll have four children like Hayley, but I'm thinking at this point, there must be something in the water at their studios in Manchester.
