Blizzard of 2015: 7 Hours in the Life of a Vestibule [PHOTOS]
At 5:45am, I took this picture of James and Joe from Landcare Associates of Madbury as they removed the first bit of The Blizzard of 2015 from our vestibule. This gave me the perfect opportunity to capture the intensity of Juno through the morning hours.
90 minutes later and it looks like they were never here. If there is one thing to be said about this storm is that even though the snow falls heavy, it's very light.
9:30am and the drifts are drifting! It was quite difficult opening the door the last few inches. Also the door dragged quite a bit of it back into the breezeway and I just left it there to melt but that's just between you and me Dear Reader.
High Noon and the snow is still piling up...wait...what's that I hear? Is that the faint sound of a snowblower approaching?
They're back! Just when I thought I'd get sick of pushing the door open, they've returned to rescue me from this meteorological experiment before it became too boring.
Thanks guys!
