Apple Harvest Day Is Saturday In Dover

Dover shines during this annual event that you won't want to miss.

The 31st Annual Apple Harvest Day is taking place this Saturday in Dover from 9-4.

There's usually a pancake breakfast to kick off the day, and that's just the beginning of the wonderful food you can sample. An apple pie baking contest that awards prizes has been a staple of the festivities for years.

There are close to 400 vendors lining Central Ave, down to Henry Law Park, where the Rotary Arts Pavilion Stage, along with 5 other stages, will feature musical acts, dance and theatrical performances.

Carnival rides, games and food will be available. It is a festival that has something to offer everyone.
