No more nudes in the magazine. I guess we'll truly be buying it for the articles.

Playboy has announced it will no longer publish naked photographs of women. The magazine will feature women posing provocatively, with clothes on.

Scott Flanders, the company's chief executive, explains the decision:

“You’re now one click away from every sex act imaginable for free, and so it’s just passe at this juncture.”

Seeing as most young men have a phone with access to all sorts of nude images, this move does seem warranted.

Like most young males growing up in the 70's, getting your hands on a copy of Playboy was like finding gold. You would befriend a kid because his dad had a subscription.

Now everything is just a point and click away.

Forget trying to tell the younger generation how difficult we had it, walking to school up-hill both ways. Trying to find a Playboy or Penthouse in the 70's? Now that was an extremely difficult task. But well worth the effort.
