Big Papi, David Ortiz, Shot In the Back In Dominican

David Ortiz was shot in the lower back in the Dial Bar and Lounge in his home country of the Dominican Republic.  The gun man is in custody and Papi is in stable condition, resting after he had surgery, according to WMUR.  The bullet didn’t hit any major organs, went in through his back and exited through his abdomen.

Papi’s Papi, Leo Ortiz said, “Big Papi will be around for a long time.”
