Have You Wondered What It’s Like To Become A Law Man?

Here's your chance. The Citizens Police Academy is looking for a few good men and women.

If you've watched all the CSI, Law and Order, and Criminal Minds shows and thought 'I can do that', well here's your chance.

The ninth annual Citzens Police Academy is looking for local residents who are 18 years of age or older.

It's an eight week class that includes taking rides in a police cruiser and seeing how evidence is collected at a crime scene. You will also go to court, meet and talk to judges, tour jail facilities and fire stations.

All in all, it sounds like a a great eight week course to learn more about law enforcement.

It starts April 19, and will be held weekly from 6-10pm.
