Looking to increase energy and focus at the office all while maintaining huge biceps and a 6-pack of abs? No need for lavish ellipticals and heavy weights, all you need are these 5 exercises you can do in the comfort of your office, or in my case, a tiny cubicle! 

It also won't hurt to already have huge biceps and a 6-pack of abs because these movements most likely will not give you any of those.

1. Squats

The squat is a great exercise that strengthens leg muscles, butt muscles, and your core. Basically, it'll make your booty pop! An awesome feeling when the boss is slapping you on the ass and saying you look good.

2. Mini-Hops

Just pretend you're holding a jump rope and these mini-hops will have your heart rate up and calories burning in no time. Also make sure no one is around to watch you jiggle about. It is the most embarrassing movement in the series.

3. Standing Crunches

Crunches, or standing sit-ups as I like to call them, will slim your waist and flush out any of the toxins you had in abundance the night before (or that morning depending on what crowd you roll with).

4. Arm Raises

Not really sure what these do.

5. Legs-Up-The-Wall

This exercise is the toughest in the series. You'll find that most people in the office can't even get to the floor, and once there, have no shot of getting back up without the help of the local fire department. If you can get passed that, this move is good for stretching the back and neck....I think.

Only a few minutes a day with these exercises can work wonders on your body AND your work flow. Pretty soon you'll be exercising your way to the top!
