Dover Mounted Police Celebrate First Day of School

I'm tellin' ya, the Dover Mounted Police are a big part of why I love to work in Dover.

I used to live here and truth be told, I am constantly looking on Realtor.com or Zillow to find my next home here. I used to live at Dunn's Bridge apartments right across the street from the high school, but moved out when I bought my house.

ANYWAY!!

On Wednesday, to celebrate the first day of school, it was CONES WITH THE COPS at Lickee's and Chewy's! Good thing it was a rain or shine event, because man, oh man, did it rain!

The two horses that I know of from the Dover Mounted Police are Rasa and CJ. Rasa is a percheron and CJ is a Belgian horse. I didn't know that horses had as many breeds as dogs. I guess it would make sense that they would, but I just have never thought of it before.
