Saturday night Elton John was playing a sold out show at Caesar's Palace in Vegas, when he stopped his performance and paid tribute to Prince. He didn't cover a Prince tune, he just shared memories and had kind things to say about the artist that passed at 57 on Thursday.

The giant screen behind the band showed pictures of Prince as Elton recalled a time when they were both working in Vegas and they would meet in the hotel lobby, Elton was going to play tennis and Prince was just coming in from being out all night. You could tell he really admired Prince and this was an awesome tribute. Check out the video.
