Enchanting, Powerful Classic Rock Vocals of a Dynamic Duo Playing Shark in the Park Concert in New Hampshire
Let the free, live summer concert series continue with Shark in the Park, and an incredible husband and wife band, Janet and Dennis Boyd, paying tribute to the classic hits we love from the '70s and '80s. As you may know, Shark in the Park is in downtown Dover, New Hampshire, in the quaint, beautiful Henry Law Park, with four more Wednesdays to go. This concert tradition is from 6pm-8pm, and is where people grab chairs, blankets, and food, then sit back or get up and dance to our various bands. High and Dry is ready to take you on an acoustic journey with the greatest classic rock hits from the '70s and '80s this Wednesday, July 19.
High and Dry was created in Berwick, Maine, six years ago, and has performed in both intimate concerts and huge festivals. They were even featured in the Granite State Online Music Festival. High and Dry quickly became a staple in the regional music scene, elevating the classic rock songs they pay tribute to. Now, they're bringing their passion and talent to the Classic Hits 102.1 and 105.3 The Shark stage.
Of course, The Shark will be there with giveaways, including tickets to see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Gillette. The scrumptious Dover Dogs hot dog cart returns with chips and drinks, as well as Robert Gagnon and his Palm Treats mini cakes, which are deliciously divine. Animals are also welcome, including the goats who have already made their appearance this year in the audience.
Here's the rest of this summer seasons lineup.
Thanks to the Dover Chamber of Commerce and its Cochecho Arts Festival for letting our Shark in the Park free summer concert series take over the stage on Wednesday evenings, sponsored by Hilltop Fun Center.
