Fireworks and Flaming Drumsticks Mean ’80s Tribute Band ‘Rosie’ is Back to Close Out Shark in the Park 2023 in NH
We've been waiting all summer! Let me introduce you to the New Hampshire-based band Rosie, just in case you haven't heard of them yet. When it comes to '80s tribute band rockers that have been Shark in the Park series regulars for over 15 years now, these guys are it, and they're back!
This trio takes the stage no matter where they are with passion, excitement, and an energy that draws you into the greatest generation of music. The '80s is truly the last generation of music with mass appeal, and Rosie know this, rocking it every time with the songs you know and love.
And here's what you can expect on Wednesday evening, August 9, when this rocking trio takes the stage at 6pm: your favorite '80s rock music, a mini-fireworks show shooting off the front of the stage, and flaming drumsticks on fire as this band goes wild. There's also amazing lighting from this local concert in downtown Dover, New Hampshire, at Henry Law Park.
Some 500+ people show up, so make sure you get there early to find that perfect seat on the cement steps in front of the stage. You can also spread out your blanket or set up chairs on the lawn area. Dover Dogs hot dog cart will be there, we'll have free popcorn from Dan at the Strand, as well as Palm Treats mini cakes. As always, your 2023 Shark in the Park Free Summer Concert Series is powered by Hilltop Fun Center.
