Former American Idol Contestant from NH to Play the North Shore
The Claremont, New Hampshire native wowed audiences on the show's most recent season, and makes a return to the area next month.
Evelyn Cormier wowed critics, fans, and judges last season on the hit ABC show. Katy Perry even went as far to say “Literally, one of the favorite voices I ever heard in my life.” “Evelyn, pick the right songs. You are my favorite voice.”
She would go on to stir audiences with her rendition of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game," even singing it with the legend himself. She recently opened his show at Derry's Blue Ocean Music Hall.
Evelyn may not have won American Idol, but she left quite the public impression.
Now, according to Seacoast Online, she will be the featured entertainer at the 2019 Best of the Seacoast event sponsored by Seacoast Media Group at the Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury, Mass., on Aug. 22.
The event will spotlight "the best the region has to offer" in many categories.
Evelyn continues to work on her debut album.
