FREE Hot Air Balloon Rides in New Castle This Weekend? Yes!!

How many opportunities do you get to ride a hot air balloon. (Cue: "Up, Up and Away," by some wicked old group...."The Association," I think?)

This Sunday, the New Castle Police and New Castle Fire department are presenting, "Family Fun Night" from 4-7pm at the New Castle Town Common.

There will be FREE hot air balloon rides!! Who wouldn't want to do that?!! A 40' inflatable obstacle course, a DJ, a car show and so much more!

Come and win cool raffle items donated by Portsmouth Paddle Company, CHI Aerospace, Portsmouth Chowder Company, Tri-City Line X, Wentworth By the Sea and Theresa's Famous Lobster.

There will be food vendors there as well, including PAT'S WORLD FAMOUS! Yeah, baby! Pat's World Famous was recently featured on NH Chronicle as one of the BEST places to get a hot dog in New Hampshire. Not just any hot dog, but how about a LOBSTER DOG!! What's a lobster dog? Where have you been? It's a red hot dog, topped with lobster meat, (claws!) topped with potato sticks and scallions with a special sauce drizzled all over a special buttery grilled bun. GO GET YO-SELF ONE before they sell out! It's cash only for that night, so stop at the ATM before you go! Say hello to my nephew, Patrick too. He's a good boy. :) My brother John might even be there, the Executive Chef! (I didn't get these thighs from coming from a family of bad cooks.... Just sayin')
