It's an 18-room motel that also includes a manager's residence, and will have a staring bid of $700,000. It's being sold as-is on location at 180 Ashworth Ave.

The motel has a combination of doubles and queens. There are rooms with kitchenettes, and if you want to party near the beach with seven of your friends, check out the penthouse suite.

The motel is equipped to be operated year round, allowing the owner to make money year round.
