Thanks to Seacoast Online I'm just finding out that Jeff Daniels is a musician. I had a sneaking suspicion in the finale of HBO's 'The Newsroom'. Daniels' character consoles the grandson of a colleague who had just passed away by playing guitar with him in the garage.
