This Saturday night on The Lost 45's With Barry Scott will feature songs from the geniuses of The Philadelphia Sound, songwriting/producing team Gamble and Huff. This song is so good, I can't figure out which version to 'spoil'.

Here's a great rendition by Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes from 'Soul Train'. Shark news director Don Briand has assured me that the shirts these gentlemen are wearing were in fact stylish at the time of this recording.

And here is the 'Simply Red' version that I remember from the days when music video channels used to play music videos. A fact that is probably way more shocking to the younger generation that the outfits worn by The Blue Notes in the previous performance.

Will it be Red or Blue? Saturday night it is up to you! I've decided not to entirely SPOIL this one. Listen to this terrific episode to find out which tune Barry has selected for The Lost 45's at 7pm only on 102-1 and 105-3 The Shark.
