He's having his best season yet, so the Patriots signed him for 5 more years.

The Patriots and Marcus Cannon agreed to terms on a 5 year contract extension according to ESPN.

We don't have details on the extension yet, but Cannon has played very well this season replacing the injured Sebastian Vollmer as the starting right tackle.

He's been in the league for six years and is enjoying his best season, starting 10 of 11 games.
