There is something wonderful about a donut. If it's warm, that's just a bonus.

It should be known that I've never met a donut I didn't like, so when I came across this Facebook post from New Hampshire Eats calling this one donut "iconic," color me intrigued.

When I found out they were talking about the Copper Lantern, I just about fell over. I drive by that place all the time at 54 Lafayette Road in North Hampton.

Wow, the comment that really stood out to me was the Honey Dipped donut is just for starters and the Boston Cream is the "BEAST."

We are blessed to have such a great variety of donut shops here in New Hampshire, but I must admit, I have been looking for a new favorite ever since Harvey's Bakery closed a couple months back. Those cream filled maple donuts were the stuff of my donut dreams.

Where else can you get amazing donuts? The inner child in me who had to wear "huskies" wants to know.
